Location: the house is located in the hills in Monte di Ripa (Pietrasanta), but the beautiful sandy beaches of Versilia can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. This beautiful villa offers a wonderful view of the sea while enjoying the tranquility, nature and the landscape. The area where the villa is located is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Original materials were used to build this villa, such as handmade bricks and typical stones that give the house a special appearance. Terracotta floors and wooden beams give the house a special flair. A covered patio and a large terrace, from which you have a view of the beautiful Versilia landscape, is ideal for lingering outdoors. The grocery stores are only approx. 600 m away and the sea approx. 6000 m away.

On the ground floor there is the typical Tuscan kitchen with dishwasher, the dining room with a large window front, the large living room with fireplace, and a bathroom with shower. The wooden staircase leads to the first floor (with wooden floor).
